How monitoring works when an alarm goes off
- Your system sends a signal to ADT's monitoring center.
- The monitoring team tries to reach you to verify the alarm.
- If it cannot be verified as false, they can request police, fire or medical help.
- You can follow along and manage the system in the ADT+ app.
